The availability of specific semen straws and AI services is subject to change based on supply and demand. We do not guarantee the availability of specific breeds or semen at all times.

Accuracy of Information:

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about bull pedigrees, breeds, and semen quality, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by third-party semen banks or AI service providers.

Limitation of Liability:

Nandu app acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users with semen banks. We are not responsible for the quality, outcome, or effectiveness of the semen straws or AI services provided by these third parties.
Disclaimer: Nandu app will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of semen straws purchased through the app. All concerns related to semen quality and results should be directed to the semen centers or provider.

Payment Terms:

Payments made through the Nandu app are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order before completing the transaction.

User Conduct:

Users must provide accurate information when using the app and refrain from any fraudulent activities. Misuse of the app may result in suspension or termination of access.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Nandu app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in District court Bhiwani.
