Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

1. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, cancellations may not be possible because the semen may have already been dispatched.

Refund Eligibility:

1. There shall be refunds if the semen is damaged or if its quality is not up to standard. If delivery took more than 48 hours with no prior notice, one is entitled to a full refund.

Refund Process:

1. Once your refund request is approved, the actual refund takes 7 working days and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Case:

1. If the semen has been successfully delivered and used, no refund will be issued. Insemination services cannot be refunded once completed.

Product Returns:

1. Because of the nature of the semen being perishable, returns are not accepted. Of course, you can always file a complaint if you feel that the quality is unsatisfactory, and we will investigate further.
